Course Content is structured into 12 modules addressing 15 key aspects of business creation and development. During each session, all attendees will participate in small-group work to benefit from collective brainstorming and to solidify understanding of the discussed topics. Take-away tasks are assigned to guide independent information collection and resource materials provide a starting point for outside research. Private Consultations focus on additional considerations unique to your business and service package. Activities and discussions will re-emphasize course content and apply the techniques to customized scenarios. We also assist you in working through difficult take-away tasks and provide access to additional resources, as needed. Project Monitoring includes progress checkups, troubleshooting sessions, and further customization of applications for your business. Sincere encouragement and constructive criticisms are also essential components of this stage. Lifetime Follow-up Support is usually conducted via telephone or email and includes the discussion of promotion ideas, clarifying questions, or additional brainstorming.
